Thank you for allowing us, Hannah & Justin Ware, your Travelmation, LLC travel agent to assist you with your next vacation! We are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from me. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Hannah & Justin Ware with Travelmation LLC, and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
Initial Inquiries
All initial inquiries are required to complete a client/ agent consultation call before services are performed as well as signing a Travel services agreement. Consultation calls should be scheduled within 5-10 business days for the best service.
Failure to comply will result in Termination of representation and we have the right to cease representation as your agent for any future trips per our discretion.
Correspondences
Our Office will be getting a Brand-New Business Line Tentative on February 1st. All Non urgent and clients not in destination requests are to be directed via email for a timely response. Any clients in destination will have access to the business line per new policies that will be outlined in the Updated 2024 Travel Services Agreement. Any messages outside of our 2024 business hours will be answered at our earliest convenience. Our new 2024 Business hours are 10am- 4pm.
Prior to Departure
You agree to supply Hannah & Justin Ware, Travelmation LLC with all things requested for booking. These things may include an information form, a copy of your passport, or a photo of your ID. You agree to pay fees on time. You agree that all information provided to Hannah & Justin Ware, Travelmation, LLC is accurate. If you provide any false information to Hannah & Justin Ware, Travelmation, LLC you are responsible for any consequences and or fees that may incur.
Departure
You will follow the instructions given to check in and reach your destination. Should you need assistance, you will contact the appropriate parties according to the type of assistance request.
After Your Return
You will be asked to review your experience including the booking process with Hannah &Justin Ware, Travelmation LLC and the trip itself. This is voluntary but highly requested and helpful.
Cancellation and Ghosting
Should you cancel, you are responsible for any cancellation fees. You will be made aware of the exact fee prior to booking. If you'd like to recover any funds, you must have agreed to purchase travel protection and ensure that the coverage meets all things you need.
We completely understand that life gets crazy, hectic and a bit off course, between a number of things trips can get put on the back burner and we get that; Though there comes a point where we need our clients to communicate these things as a lot of our work is done in the front end, and with “ghosting” us often comes at a price. So, in order for us to give you the best experience possible please let us know if something comes up that we need to postpone.
Room/mate Changes
If you make a change to your room type or amount of people in your room, you may have a new total or a change fee. You understand that your room price is based on the date of change, not the original booking, meaning it will most likely be higher. You understand that removing a person at any time from a room will cause a higher cost for the remaining party.
Termination of Representation
Hannah & Justin Ware, Travelmation LLC reserves the right to stop representing you at any time. Should Hannah & Justin Ware, Travelmation LLC find an issue with our working relationship with you or own ability to do the best job, Hannah & Justin Ware, Travelmation LLC will cease all work and communication or pass your trip to another agent to handle.
Payments, Holds & Deposits
You agree to pay deposits and final payments on time or early. If a payment plan or partial payment is needed, please request so and complete a payment authorization form. If you are looking to hold a reservation, we can do a complimentary hold for 24 hours for most* reservations, after the 24-hr. period a deposit must be made as we cannot guarantee that your reservation will not be subject to pricing changes. Payment plans can be arraigned and will have a signed agreement outlining all due by dates per each client specific needs. If you are looking to utilize Uplift Financing for a trip, please let us know so we may contact our team at uplift and get you the help with your specific financing needs.
*We will notify you if the reservation you are looking to hold cannot be held and will offer additional options based on each individual situation.
